Including the most common rectangular prisms, cylinders, and spheres in everyday life.

Activity 1

My eraser is the closest thing I have to a rectangular prism.

It has a whole trapezoid that lets me study the scaling function in Cinema 4D.

After observing the object's front view, I elongated the rectangular prism.

Under warm overhead lighting, the Oreo cookie highlights the shadows and volume of the biscuit.

The white filling is fully visible in the side view of the cookie.

After observation, I found the cookie filling had an oily texture, so I added a strong emission effect and increased the color intensity.

The bottle of vitamin C tablets on my desk. It is a prime example of a deformed cylinder.

The bottle's body features fully rounded corners. Therefore, I set the rounding angle to a high value.

After observation, I increased the concave-convex texture on the bottle cap's sides to enhance its granular appearance.

Physical 3D-Printed Model

Physical 3D-Printed Model Below is a photo collection of my replica wallet modeled in Cinema 4D. During this replication, the wallet was placed parallel on the Ultimaker 3D printer's platform. Dimensions: 50mm x 50mm. Printed in support-free mode. Total printing time: approximately 1 hour.
